Fitness

Functional Assessment and Personal Trainer

One of our expert trainers will assess your physical, metabolic, anatomical and structural state. They will then suggest the most suitable activities and routines to improve physical fitness based on each guest’s individual characteristics and preferences.

Personal Trainer

Our team of certified professionals has extensive knowledge and experience in creating made-to-measure physical fitness programmes that are designed to suit the needs of each guest.

Wireless Electro-stimulation

This cutting-edge technology for physical fitness uses wireless neuromuscular electro-stimulation. A 30-minute session is equivalent to an hour and a half of traditional fitness training.

AquaGym

This low-impact aquatic exercise strengthens the muscles, raises the heart rate and improves breathing and circulation. The combination of strength and cardiovascular exercise, along with the pressure of the water, ensures a workout for the entire body.

Pilates Method

This set of physical exercises involves a deep workout for the body and mind. It involves smooth and continuous movements that require a high level of concentration to execute correctly.

Stretching

An ideal session for practising daily stretching that helps to prevent loss of muscle mass, and improves flexibility and the range of movement in the joints.

Boxing

Boxing involves several different muscles of the legs, hips, abdomen, back, shoulders and arms, as they work together in one single movement. This is important to ensure the muscles help to support and stabilise movement and body posture.

Kick Boxing

A discipline combining kicks and punches. When doing it, the body enters into an intimate relationship with the mind. It generates constant calorie burn, and allows for muscle definition, and increased endurance and coordination, as well as weight reduction and body toning.

Aquabiking

It consists of pedalling on a special bicycleunderwater, to benefit from the resistance and weightlessness of the water, which transforms a traditional exercise into a progressive and non-impact exercise. It helps to reduce cellulite and fluid retention. It is recommended in cases of rehabilitation and to treat excess weight.

We offer different outdoor sessions with highly-qualified personal trainers. An exclusive combination of hiking and personal training, where you can choose or design the route and location to suit your fitness goals.

This is one of the most thorough exercise disciplines. It improves aerobic capacity, maximum oxygen consumption, physical stamina, psychological stamina and boosts the immune system. Playing paddle tennis not only improves physical fitness, but also helps to improve coordination, agility and the reflexes, as well as toning the body.

Physiotherapy

The aim is to reprogramme, prevent and treat neuro, muscular, skeletal and postural issues, and restore function. Physical therapy, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, among other techniques, are used.
