Water Therapies

Watsu® is a therapy combining gentle stretching movements with eastern acupuncture and shiatsu massage. The body floats in warm water, which helps to decompress the spine, loosen the joints and stretch the muscles in a low-impact way. Ideal for relaxing the body and improving digestion, among other things.

This aquatic treatment fuses the Watsu® technique with holistic cranio-sacral therapy. It’s been designed to release contractions and restrictions in connective tissue and improve functional alignment, facilitating the body’s self-corrective mechanisms.
It is especially recommended to relieve cranio-facial pain, migraines, chronic and acute neck or back pain, bruxism and dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint, as well as in cases of insomnia, fatigue, stress, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, discopathies, disc herniation, and sports injuries.
